6 large ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Juice 1 lemon freshly squeezed
1/2 avocado peeled and chopped
4 spring onions finely sliced
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon tamari
(GF, DF, V)
Peel the tomatoes and blend with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Dilute with water to obtain required consistency.
